Could the International Bad guy Court of law prosecute Binyamin Netanyahu?

.Israel's federal government is actually worried that the International Wrongdoer Court (ICC) in The Hague are going to provide arrest warrants versus elderly Israeli authorities in relation to the battle in Gaza. Those on trial can include Binyamin Netanyahu, Israel's head of state, participants of his kitchen cabinet and generals in the Israel Protection Forces. The ICC has not said it is taking into consideration such a relocation. Yet Mr Netanyahu felt the risk severe enough to state on April 30th that any sort of warrant "will be a resentment of famous percentages". The ICC's chief prosecutor, Karim Khan, cautioned that dangers to "strike back" against the courtroom can undermine its own impartiality. On what grounds will the ICC problem such warrants, and also what would be the consequences?
